This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products, cancel services, or request refunds from Skeletonwhradian. It applies to all purchases made through skeletonwhradian.world or by direct communication with our team at Fredensborgveien 22g, 0177 Oslo, Norway. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing Dawn Walker Membership, Guided Route Explorer Packs, or Reflective Trail Gear Sets.
1. Your Statutory Consumer Rights in Norway
As a consumer purchasing from Skeletonwhradian within Norway or the European Economic Area, you benefit from mandatory rights under the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven) and the Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven). Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. Where this policy offers more favourable terms, those terms apply. For disputes, you may contact Forbrukerrådet, the Norwegian Consumer Council, for guidance on your rights.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Physical Products
For physical walk essential products, including the Reflective Trail Gear Set and items within the Guided Route Explorer Pack such as trail maps and LED armbands, you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. To exercise this right, notify Skeletonwhradian of your decision by contacting office@skeletonwhradian.world or calling +4799238329 before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the contact form on skeletonwhradian.world but are not required to use a specific template. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the fourteen-day period expires.
3. Conditions for Product Returns
Returned products must be in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and included accessories intact. Items showing signs of outdoor use, washing, damage, or alteration beyond reasonable inspection are not eligible for a full refund. You are liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods. For Reflective Trail Gear Sets, trying on the vest and gloves indoors constitutes reasonable inspection. Wearing items on outdoor walks before returning them exceeds reasonable inspection and may reduce your refund amount.
4. Return Process and Shipping
After notifying us of your withdrawal, return products to Skeletonwhradian, Fredensborgveien 22g, 0177 Oslo, Norway within fourteen days of your withdrawal notification. You bear the direct cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we failed to inform you of your obligation to bear return costs. We recommend using tracked shipping and retaining proof of postage. Skeletonwhradian is not responsible for items lost in return transit without tracking. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we process your refund within fourteen business days using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5. Product-Specific Return Terms
Reflective Trail Gear Set (899 NOK): eligible for fourteen-day withdrawal return if unused and in original packaging. Size exchanges are available within fourteen days of delivery subject to stock availability; contact us to arrange an exchange before returning items. Guided Route Explorer Pack (599 NOK): physical components including the trail map set and LED armband follow the standard fourteen-day withdrawal policy. Once any of the five guided route sessions has been attended, the service component is considered consumed and is not refundable, though unused physical items may still be returned separately. Dawn Walker Membership (349 NOK per month): governed by the membership cancellation terms in Section 6 rather than the physical product withdrawal right.
6. Dawn Walker Membership Cancellation and Refunds
Dawn Walker Membership operates on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time by providing fourteen days written notice before your next billing date via office@skeletonwhradian.world or the contact form on skeletonwhradian.ddd. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing period unless required by law. If you cancel within fourteen days of your initial membership purchase and have not attended any walk group sessions, you are entitled to a full refund under the right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Attending even one session within the withdrawal period constitutes express consent for the service to begin and may limit withdrawal rights for the service portion.
7. Guided Route Explorer Pack Session Cancellations
Individual sessions within the Guided Route Explorer Pack may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four hours notice before the scheduled walk time. Rescheduling requests should be sent to office@skeletonwhradian.world. Sessions missed without prior notice are considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If Skeletonwhradian cancels a session due to severe weather or guide unavailability, we offer rescheduling at no additional cost or a proportional refund for the cancelled session if rescheduling is not possible within sixty days.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact Skeletonwhradian within a reasonable time after discovery, and no later than two months from the date the defect was discovered. Under the Consumer Purchases Act, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on the nature and severity of the defect. We cover return shipping costs for confirmed defective or incorrectly shipped items. Provide photographs of the defect and your order confirmation to expedite the claims process. Defective product claims are handled separately from the voluntary withdrawal right and may extend beyond the fourteen-day withdrawal period.
9. Non-Returnable and Exempt Items
Certain items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Angrerettloven, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, such as moisture-wicking headbands included in the Reflective Trail Gear Set once the hygiene seal is broken. Custom-sized or personalised items ordered with specific sizing notes confirmed in writing are non-returnable unless defective. Digital route maps delivered electronically as part of membership benefits are non-returnable once downloaded or accessed. Gift cards or prepaid session vouchers, if offered, are non-refundable after purchase.
10. Refund Method and Timing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If bank transfer was used, we require your account details for the refund transfer. Refunds are initiated within fourteen business days of receiving returned goods or confirming eligibility for service refunds. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take an additional five to ten business days to appear in your account. Skeletonwhradian sends email confirmation when a refund is processed. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, contact office@skeletonwhradian.world with your order reference.
11. Exchanges
Skeletonwhradian offers exchanges for Reflective Trail Gear Set items in alternative sizes subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us within fourteen days of delivery with your order number and desired size. Exchanges are processed as a return and new shipment; no additional product charge applies for the same item in a different size, though shipping costs for the replacement delivery may apply unless the original item was incorrectly sized due to our error. Exchanges are not available for Guided Route Explorer Packs or membership subscriptions.
12. Walk Group Registration Cancellations
If you register for an individual morning walk group session without a membership or pack, cancellation with at least twenty-four hours notice entitles you to a full refund of any session fee paid. Cancellations within twenty-four hours of the scheduled walk are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session at our discretion. Skeletonwhradian reserves the right to cancel any walk group due to weather, safety, or insufficient registrations, in which case registered participants receive full refunds or priority rescheduling.
13. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with how Skeletonwhradian handles a return or refund request, contact us first at office@skeletonwhradian.world to seek resolution. Consumers in the European Economic Area may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Norwegian consumers may contact Forbrukerrådet for mediation assistance. Nothing in this section limits your right to pursue legal remedies before the courts of Oslo, Norway.
14. Changes to This Return Policy
Skeletonwhradian may update this Return Policy to reflect changes in product offerings, legal requirements, or business practices. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is published on skeletonwhradian.ddd. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase, except where updated terms are more favourable to the consumer.
