These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website skeletonwhradian.world and all services, products, and morning walk group activities offered by Skeletonwhradian. By accessing our website, registering for a walk group, purchasing a product, or subscribing to a membership, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

1. About Skeletonwhradian

Skeletonwhradian is a morning walk group organisation based in Oslo, Norway, offering guided dawn routes, community walking events, and curated walk essential products. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Skeletonwhradian.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least sixteen years of age to register for morning walk groups or purchase products independently. Participants under eighteen must provide written parental or guardian consent before joining any guided walk. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Skeletonwhradian reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who provides false information or whose participation poses a safety risk to the group.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Website Use

You may use skeletonwhradian.world for lawful purposes related to learning about our morning walk groups, registering for routes, and purchasing walk essential products. You agree not to use the website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content for commercial redistribution, impersonate Skeletonwhradian staff or other users, or engage in activity that violates Norwegian or international law. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who breach these conditions without prior notice.

4. Products and Pricing

Skeletonwhradian offers the following primary products as listed on walk-essentials.html:

• Dawn Walker Membership: 349 NOK per month, providing access to all scheduled morning walk groups, route maps, and seasonal guides.
• Guided Route Explorer Pack: 599 NOK, including five guided route sessions, a waterproof trail map set, and a compact LED armband.
• Reflective Trail Gear Set: 899 NOK, comprising a high-visibility vest, thermal grip gloves, insulated 500 ml flask, and moisture-wicking headband.

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner and include applicable VAT unless otherwise indicated. Skeletonwhradian reserves the right to modify prices with reasonable notice posted on skeletonwhradian.ddd. Price changes do not affect orders or memberships already confirmed at the previous rate. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without notice to reflect supplier changes or seasonal availability.

5. Orders and Payment

Orders for walk essential products and membership subscriptions are placed through the contact form at skeletonwhradian.world or by direct communication with our team. An order is confirmed only when Skeletonwhradian sends written confirmation including product details, total price, and estimated delivery or activation date. Payment instructions are provided upon order confirmation. We accept bank transfer and other methods communicated at the time of purchase. Failure to complete payment within fourteen days of confirmation may result in order cancellation. Skeletonwhradian is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment references or insufficient funds.

6. Morning Walk Group Services

Registration for guided morning walk groups constitutes acceptance of our safety guidelines and route policies as described on dawn-routes.html. Participants must arrive at designated meeting points at least fifteen minutes before the scheduled departure time. Guides have authority to adjust routes, pace, or cancel walks due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient group preparedness. Skeletonwhradian walk groups are recreational outdoor activities, not professional fitness programmes. Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical readiness and informing guides of any mobility considerations before departure.

7. Dawn Walker Membership Terms

Dawn Walker Membership operates on a monthly billing cycle. Members receive access to all scheduled walk groups listed on skeletonwhradian.world during the active subscription period. Membership may be cancelled with fourteen days written notice before the next billing date. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. Skeletonwhradian may suspend membership for conduct that endangers other participants, repeated no-shows without cancellation notice, or non-payment. Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable. Sharing access credentials or route materials with non-members is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on skeletonwhradian.world, including text, graphics, route maps, logos, photographs, product descriptions, and software code, is the property of Skeletonwhradian or its licensors and is protected by Norwegian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent from Skeletonwhradian. Limited personal use for route navigation during active membership or purchased sessions is permitted.

9. User-Generated Content and Communications

When you submit messages, feedback, or other content through our contact form or direct communications, you grant Skeletonwhradian a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing services, improving our offerings, and responding to your enquiries. You represent that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law without obligation to provide justification.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The skeletonwhradian.world website and all services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, Skeletonwhradian disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Outdoor walking activities carry inherent risks including uneven terrain, variable weather, and physical exertion. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skeletonwhradian, its directors, employees, guides, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, participation in walk groups, or use of purchased products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Skeletonwhradian for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Norwegian law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skeletonwhradian and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, your participation in walk groups in violation of safety guidelines, or your infringement of third-party rights. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your relationship with Skeletonwhradian.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including Google Maps embeds for location display. Skeletonwhradian does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

14. Force Majeure

Skeletonwhradian shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, utility failures, labour disputes, or disruptions to supply chains affecting walk essential product availability. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and offer rescheduled walk sessions or alternative arrangements where possible.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, our products, or morning walk group services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails within thirty days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway. Consumers residing in the European Economic Area retain any mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by agreement.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Skeletonwhradian regarding use of the website and services, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.

17. Changes to These Terms

Skeletonwhradian may revise these Terms of Use at any time by posting updated terms on skeletonwhradian.world with a revised date. Material changes affecting active memberships or pending orders will be communicated directly where practicable. Your continued use of the website or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law.
